I always listen to SOMETHING while I cook; these are some of my favorites:

Buena Vista Social Club (a close second to Big Night)

“Complete Hit Singles” – Three Dog Night
“O Brother, Where Art Thou?” soundtrack
Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Nat King Cole are also big at my house and get lots of air time.
