I believe in food’s power to bring people together, and the importance of sharing meals.  So I guess it’s a plus that I love to cook and bake.

Because I have a family and work full-time, I focus on recipes that aren’t overly complicated or time-consuming.  This blog is my personal record of dishes I’ve made, plus anything else food-related that prompts me to write.

My hope is that others find recipes here to cook and enjoy with the people they care about!

By day, I work in the marketing communications department of a midwestern insurance company and spend much of my time writing about . . . insurance.

Thanks for stopping by, and come back soon!
