Favorite Kitchen Tools
All-Clad stainless steel nonstick covered fry pan – I pretty much use this skillet every day.
Wusthof 6″ chef’s knife – I use it practically as often as the All-Clad skillet . . . I think quality, sharp knives and wooden cutting boards (preferably bamboo) are the most important tools to have in the kitchen. You can make do with lesser-quality pots and pans, but the same doesn’t hold true for knives.
Silicone spatulas – I keep several of these in a utensil crock by my stove.
